Entry Level Recruiter

United Land Services (ULS) is a full-service landscaping Company. At United, we offer an all-inclusive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. Whether a single-family home development, condominium complex, commercial building, or shopping center, we handle it all.

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to support our recruiting team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and identifying candidates for a variety of positions across the company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for a variety of roles.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with job postings and outreach efforts to attract qualified talent.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative and research tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a small team.
• Office experience required; must be confident making phone calls throughout the day.
