As an Install Crew Member (Laborer), you'll be part of a team responsible for constructing and installing landscape and field projects at various job sites. This role is physically demanding and ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who's ready to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation and construction of landscape and athletic field projects under the direction of the Crew Leader
  • Perform general labor tasks such as rolling fabric, shoveling and spreading stone, and moving materials across job sites
  • Check grades and elevations to ensure proper leveling and drainage
  • Assist with attaching nailer boards to concrete and securing materials in place
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
  • Travel out-of-town for projects, typically up to five days per week
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the Crew Leader promptly
  • Work as part of a team and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — training provided
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments
  • Reliable transportation to the branch or designated meeting location
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
