We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fence Installer Crew Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of various fence installation projects, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute fence installation projects efficiently and effectively.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fence installations.
• Measure and mark fence lines with precision for proper placement and alignment.
• Install a variety of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental types.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for high-quality fence installations.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all installation processes.
• Address and resolve challenges or issues that arise during installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year of experience with various types of fencing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Skilled in using tools and equipment related to fence installation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in work.
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to demonstrate leadership when necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
