We proudly serve diverse properties, from single-family home developments to condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GPS Administrator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our team members and managing GPS data. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office tasks, analyzing GPS reports, and maintaining company records.
Responsibilities
- Compile, maintain, update, and file company records.
- Gather information from key documents or field personnel related to landscaping projects.
- Perform accurate data entry into Aspire landscaping platform.
- Run and analyze GPS reports.
- Perform general clerical duties and office functions, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
- Support the branch management team with drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Pick-up and distribute materials to others as needed.
- Maintain and care for company property and equipment.
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with co-workers, office staff, vendors, and customers.
- Understand and meet scheduled deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
- Promote workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Complete all training classes and seminars, at management's discretion.
Qualifications
- Ability to represent the company's best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience with GPS Fleet Software, Azuga preferred.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software; Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Troubleshooting of basic office technology issues.
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
