Branch Manager

United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company, renowned for its comprehensive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. Our offerings include landscape design, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. We cater to a diverse clientele, from single-family home developments to commercial buildings and shopping centers.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for quality and innovation in the landscaping industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and account renewal.
• Oversee branch leadership in training and developing crew leaders and members.
• Ensure all contracts are executed correctly and in compliance with company standards.
• Work with corporate teams to accurately track and report on branch performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Human Resources for staffing, training, discipline, and development plans.
• Identify and implement improvements, cost savings, and cost avoidance strategies for the branch.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes, including conducting site visits and audits.
• Promote a safe work environment, prioritizing safety in all branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in landscaping or a related industry.
  At least three years of progressive leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bi-lingual communication skills preferred.
• Bachelors Degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a closely related field is a plus.
