Landscape Architect

United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company, providing a comprehensive range of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. Our expertise spans landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. We proudly serve diverse properties, from single-family home developments to condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers.

We are seeking a talented and licensed Landscape Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, specifically with experience in Florida plant materials and county-specific regulations. This position involves working on landscape plans for national builders, site contractors, and customer builders who require high-level, custom designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit landscape plans for national builders and site contractors.
• Create lot-specific plans based on builder requirements and modify existing plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the estimation team to understand basic package requirements.
• Integrate site plans into AutoCAD software and add design elements.
• Ensure all designs meet specifications and regulatory requirements
• Provide advanced design work for custom projects.
• Stay updated with county-designated plans and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Landscape Architect License (Florida DBPR)
• Extensive knowledge of Florida plant materials
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce legally binding, compliant plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills
