Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branch goals in collaboration with executive leadership to align with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and account retention.
- Oversee and support branch leadership in training and developing crew leaders and team members.
- Ensure the proper execution and renewal of client contracts, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and report on branch performance, working closely with corporate teams to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality assurance measures.
- Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service standards and client expectations.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, making safety a top priority for all branch activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in landscaping or a related industry.
- At least three years of progressive leadership experience, such as serving as a Divisional or Production Manager.
- Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bilingual communication skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a closely related field is a plus.
