Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Engineer to support and oversee the fabrication of offshore structures, piping systems, and modules. The ideal candidate will ensure that fabrication works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore fabrication activities at yards and work sites.
  • Review fabrication drawings, work packs, and material specifications.
  • Monitor fabrication progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to resolve technical queries and non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with welding procedures, codes, and international fabrication standards.
  • Participate in inspections, testing, and readiness reviews.
  • Maintain fabrication documentation including reports, NCRs, and punch lists.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.
  • 8-12 years of experience in offshore fabrication, including platforms, piping, or module fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication methods, and offshore yard operations.
  • Familiar with international standards such as AWS, ASME, API, and DNV.
  • BOSIET certification is mandatory.
