Job summary:

  1. Manage the assigned project operations completely from Design to financial sign-off.
  2. Contract Owner of assigned projects and responsible for cost/budget control and schedule control.
  3. Generating revenues from project variations on civil scope and improve project margin.
  4. Responsible for resolving all project constraints and resource management as required.
  5. Responsible for timely procurement and maintaining the procurement tracker effectively.
  6. Preparation of civil RFQ according to the scope of works.
  7. Getting multiple quotes from civil vendors and finalize the same.
  8. Proper and timely coordination with client, vendor, supplier and subcontractors.
  9. Responsible for project delivery in all aspects as per contract requirements by following Project management procedures and scope agreed.
  10. Responsible for industrial standards on civil construction and ensure no flaw I the civil construction. Following high quality standards in project execution.
  11. Responsible to handle the civil works which are related to security system project like Security fence, Security building constructions, Pole Foundations, Gate & Turnstile foundations etc.,
  12. Need to do required site visit as per the project requirements
  13. Responsible to maintain the project in positive cash flow at all the time.
  14. Responsible for successful completion of the project, in meeting the project performance to its specifications and project contractual requirements and client obligations for the assigned projects.
  15. Responsible to maintain the project documentation as per the standards.
  16. Responsible to manage the project cash flow positively.
  17. Preparation & Submission of project documents like method statement, Material approval request, Inspection test plan, Risk matrix, RFIs, Drawings, Project schedule, Material inventory, Timesheet, Site tracker, Handing over documents, Invoice plan, Commercial register etc,
  18. Preparation of Weekly, monthly report. Preparation of required PPT for project execution with required bar charts as per client requirement and project demands.
  19. Responsible for invoice claims on time, client approvals & payment realization as per the terms, Receivable follow-up with client and all relevant parties within the team for the assigned projects.
  20. Ensure the client satisfaction throughout the project phase.
  21. Proper coordination with support team like Admin, Account & finance, logistics for project requirements.
  22. Verifying and certifying the subcontractor & supplier invoices timely.
  23. Responsible for the Contractual Performance of the assigned projects in all aspects.
  24. Follow the QHSE standards and procedures at all the time

Presales Responsibilities

  1. Study the tender requirements and make proper RFQ for the civil related scope
  2. Make proper compliance for the tender scope and prepare the budget compliance to the civil scope of works.
  3. Getting quotes from various civil vendors
  4. Prepare estimation and budget for the respective tender in terms of civil and related scope of works
  5. Finding new vendors and getting the competitive quotes.

Education:

  • Engineering Graduate Post Graduate Qualifications in Civil

Experience:

  1. With minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects in Oil & Gas sector
  2. Preferred Experience of 10 years in Middle East region & having valid Oman driving license. 2-year Oil & Gas Industrial security projects experience, at least in 5-7 major Oil & Gas (Or) Petrochemical EPC projects as Project Manager position. Each project must be minimum value of 5m US$ Integrated Security package (duration not less than 1 year).
