Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Installation Engineer to lead and manage offshore installation activities for large-scale oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the planning and execution of offshore installations involving subsea structures, pipelines, platforms, and heavy lift operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the installation of offshore structures, pipelines, subsea equipment, and topside modules.
  • Prepare installation method statements, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Supervise offshore installation campaigns, ensuring safety and technical compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, marine, construction, and HSE teams to align schedules and deliverables.
  • Review and validate installation engineering documents, including lift plans and sea fastening arrangements.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vessel crews, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless offshore execution.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues during offshore operations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support marine spread mobilization and demobilization activities.

Required Qualification & Skills 

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, or Offshore Engineering.
  • 15-18 years of offshore experience, with at least 5 years in a senior installation role.
  • Deep understanding of offshore lifting, subsea installation, and marine operations.
  • Experience working with installation vessels, barges, ROVs, and subsea tools.
  • Familiar with offshore codes and standards (e.g., DNV, API, ISO).
  • BOSIET certification is mandatory.
