Job Summary
We are seeking a proficient Installation Engineer to support offshore installation campaigns involving subsea structures, pipelines, risers, and topside equipment. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing safe, efficient, and technically sound installation activities in alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed installation procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Support installation engineering design including lifting, load-out, transportation, and subsea deployment.
- Interface with marine teams, construction leads, and subcontractors to ensure execution readiness.
- Contribute to development of lift plans, rigging designs, and sea fastening calculations.
- Monitor offshore installation progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist in vessel mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and project specifications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, or Offshore Engineering.
- 8-12 years of relevant offshore experience, including engineering and field support for installations.
- Understanding of subsea and topside installation techniques, marine spread, and lifting operations.
- Familiar with DNV, API, ISO, and offshore construction standards.
- BOSIET certification is mandatory.
