Welding Supervisor (Offshore)

Job Purpose:
Supervise pipeline welding operations on offshore barges/vessels, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all welding activities, including SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW processes for pipelines.
• Select and monitor welders, ensuring compliance with welding procedures (API 1104, DNV OS-F 101).
• Coordinate with NDT personnel and client inspection teams for quality assurance.
• Manage welding consumables inventory and replenishment.
• Conduct toolbox talks and troubleshoot welding issues to maintain progress.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas pipeline welding.
• Certifications in SMAW/FCAW/GMAW; familiarity with carbon steel and CRA clad materials.
• Offshore safety training and fluency in English.
