Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Contracts Engineer with a strong background in managing contracts on ARAMCO Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of contract management processes, ARAMCO procedures, and EPC project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in compliance with ARAMCO standards and project specifications.
- Administer and manage the full contract lifecycle, including change orders, claims, and variations.
- Collaborate with project management, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with contractual terms.
- Handle claims, disputes, and risk assessments in coordination with legal and client representatives.
- Support tendering and bidding processes, including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
- Track and report contract deliverables, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain proper documentation, correspondence, and records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Liaise directly with ARAMCO stakeholders and ensure all documentation aligns with client expectations and policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer in the Oil & Gas EPC sector, with proven experience on ARAMCO projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ARAMCO contractual procedures, policies, and documentation standards.
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software/tools.
