How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Work under the direction of assigned Project Managers to implement our SaaS solution for clinical trials sold to large pharmaceutical clients

• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day operational items such as responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and updating project timelines

• Manage and support client-requested documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

• Draft agendas for internal and external meetings and capture minutes from those calls

• Collaborate with Project Managers to update technical specifications for software implementations

• Use systems such as Jira (for task and project tracking), Slack (for team communication), and DocuSign (for managing electronic signatures and documentation)

• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables and status updates

• Show initiative and willingness to take on additional Project Manager responsibilities as experience grows

What You Must Possess

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability

• Desire to work in the life sciences or SaaS industry

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to advocate for clients to ensure the right resources and timely responses

• Proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role

• Experience with Salesforce (a plus)
