BPO - Inbound Sales Representative (Hybrid Setup)

Unity Communications is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative who can chase information quickly, think on their feet, and turn curiosity into action. Youll help customers navigate their options, answer their questions, and guide them toward life-changing weight loss solutions.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in purchasing weight loss medication
• Assist customers in placing orders, providing exceptional service by addressing their inquiries, explaining the benefits of the medication, and guiding them through the purchase process
• Meet or exceed weekly sales quotas with the opportunity to earn generous commissions and incentives for top-performing representatives
• Leverage your sales and healthcare knowledge to connect with customers effectively

What You Must Possess

• Previous experience in a BPO environment
• Experience in handling US voice accounts.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Background in providing inbound customer support, ideally in healthcare or telehealth settings
• Strong understanding of healthcare and telehealth processes
• Familiarity with managing telehealth patient portals
• Proficiency across various communication channels
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to engage with diverse patients compassionately and professionally
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Keen attention to detail and proactive approach to handling responsibilities
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
