How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Coordinate and manage contractor bid requests for commercial interior projects
- Gather detailed project specifications from contractors
- Request and organize freight quotes to support each bid
- Prepare and send budgetary pricing and formal quotations
- Track shipments and keep stakeholders updated
- Maintain accurate records of communications and pricing
- Update and maintain CRM entries and project data
What You Must Possess
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate project documents and understand basic construction specifications (prior experience in commercial interiors is a plus)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred)
- Experience in contractor coordination, sales support, or estimating (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting or organizing communication (a plus)
