How You Spend Your Eight Hours

Customer Service and Order Handling

  • Provide excellent customer service with a focus on resolving issues on first contact
  • Accurately process customer orders (LPOs) in the ERP system and meet cut-off deadlines
  • Manage communications with the onshore team to clarify or resolve tasks
  • Monitor and respond to emails from shared inboxes in a timely manner

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and schedules
  • Share reports and updates with internal departments
  • Follow company processes and quality standards closely
  • Record customer interactions in systems such as Salesforce and email
  • Report any process gaps or issues for improvement

Teamwork and Communication

  • Handle customer and partner questions through chat, email, and voice (inquiries might include product details, tracking info, or general support)
  • Work alongside team leads and IT to solve customer-impacting issues
  • Support a positive and collaborative work culture using tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams

Extra Tasks

  • Help with admin work (e.g., research, surveys) during slow periods
  • Provide backup support for teammates when needed
  • Take on other tasks related to the role as assigned

What You Must Possess

Experience and Background

  • At least two years in a contact center or BPO setting
  • Experience with customer service, order processing, and (ideally) e-commerce
  • Comfortable managing customer calls and back-end systems
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines

Skills and Tools

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Flexibility with shifting schedules based on business needs
