The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Advise development teams on best practices and strategic direction for FX platform solutions.
• Champion effective communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Provide insights based on past experiences to guide decision-making processes, highlighting both successful and unsuccessful initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that business needs are accurately represented and addressed.

The Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large American or similar bank, particularly within FX platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business and IT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions based on industry best practices.
