The Company

Our client is a Singapore-based consulting firm operating across Asia-Pacific, supporting leading banks on large-scale transformation and system implementation programs. The firm is involved in complex regional initiatives, combining strong delivery governance with deep banking and systems expertise.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Programme / Project Manager to support the framing and delivery of a Loan IQ deployment for a banking client in APAC. The role requires strong experience in managing end-to-end system implementation programs, from initial project structuring through execution, working closely with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and IT.

This is a senior role requiring autonomy, leadership, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments.

The Requirements

• 7–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years as Project / Programme Manager
• Proven experience in Loan IQ system deployment within a banking environment
• Strong capability in project framing, governance setup, and delivery planning
• Experience managing regional or APAC programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive delivery in complex environments
• Banking domain knowledge, particularly in loans / lending platforms, is essential

Budget

Up to SGD 15,000 – 18,000 per month, depending on profile and experience
