The Team
You will join the Global Markets IT team within a major international bank. The team is responsible for supporting Equity Derivatives OTC trading and post-trade systems, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and system integration from Front Office to Accounting.
The Role
Project Manager / Business Analyst Equity Derivatives IT
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on PM/BA to lead and manage projects within the Global Markets IT domain.
The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge of Equity Derivatives OTC products, a clear understanding of Front-to-Accounting flows, and proven experience driving IT initiatives in complex trading environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver IT projects end-to-end within the Equity Derivatives space.
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and technical implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Map and document front-to-back processes, from trade capture to accounting.
- Communicate project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Drive workshops and whiteboard sessions to explain system architecture and data flows.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial IT project management or business analysis.
- Strong functional expertise in Equity Derivatives OTC.
- In-depth understanding of Front-to-Accounting or Front-to-Back IT flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
