A prominent global financial institution is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join their operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering key change initiatives across the business.

The Team

You will be joining a high-performing Middle Office team that plays a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across the organisation. The team collaborates closely with functions such as sales, operations, compliance, legal, and technology, ensuring seamless execution of projects that impact the organisations regional and global operations.

The Role

As a Project Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Providing strategic governance and oversight across projects, including progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Designing project frameworks including scope, roadmap, milestones, and governance models.
  • Leading project forums such as Steering Committees and Operational Committees.
  • Facilitating decision-making based on commercial and business priorities.
  • Driving operational improvements and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identifying and managing project risks proactively.
  • Delivering high-quality documentation including reports, proposals, and updates.
  • Supporting broader strategic initiatives and mid-term business goals.
  • Conducting business analysis including process mapping, data validation, and requirements gathering.

The Requirements

  • We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum of 7 years project management experience in complex, matrixed organisations, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record in delivering transformation initiatives, such as Target Operating Model (TOM) implementations and policy/process enhancements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across business lines.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, including automation, data analysis, and process design tools.
  • Highly organised with a structured, logical, and strategic mindset.
  • Strong risk management capabilities and attention to regulatory compliance.
