The Company

Our client is a specialist management consulting firm partnering with leading financial institutions across Asia. For this assignment, they are supporting a global financial institution with a strong presence in Hong Kong and Singapore, which businesses covers corporate and investment banking, asset management, private banking, and insurance.

The Team

You will join a Project team to support deployment in APAC as strategic tool for client onboarding and recertification for KYC process/documentation exchange in 2026. Working together with Global deployment team and local SME to perform assessment, coordinate SLA and NAC, define operating process and adoption strategy for deployment.

The Job:

IT Solutions:

  • Working with IT to contribute to configuration book set up and IT development
    requirement coordination

Process:

  • Be involved and contribute to legal and compliance assessment in detailed discussion with local sites
  • Lead regional topics such as IT security, SLA, NAC and drive governance meetings
  • Drive discussion with local SMEs to define the operational process and strategy for adoption

Governance & Controls:

  • Drive and manage APAC level governance with all relevant stakeholders
    Define control and governance to increase client adoption

The Requirements:

  • Experience of process reengineering
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and reporting capabilities
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end processes with a focus on Operations
  • Good technical understanding of Global Banking products especially Corporate
  • Banking and onboarding process including KYC process is a plus
  • Ability to interact appropriately in a non-hierarchical framework with a variety of stakeholders including SME from Operations or IT, business and senior management
  • Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy and/or under pressure
  • Ability to think outside the box and to deal with novelty
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and delivery-focused, with attention to detail
  • Proactive, proposing or taking own initiatives to prevent risks / issues, able to work autonomously
  • Solid work ethic and high level of motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Bases in HK
