We are partnering with a well‑established management consulting firm operating globally across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The firm specializes in transformation, regulatory, and operational projects for major financial institutions, particularly within banking and global markets.

The Team

You will join a highly collaborative transformation practice working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions in APAC. The team supports strategic Finance initiatives spanning operating model redesign, regulatory reporting, and process optimization from strategy through implementation.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager (Global Markets) to lead finance‑focused transformation initiatives for a major strategic program. You will manage end‑to‑end project activities, coordinate detailed gap analyses, oversee finance deliverables (accounting, reconciliation, reporting, controls), support integration and UAT phases, and act as the primary liaison between regional finance teams and broader program stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Global Markets agency business, including cash equities, exchange‑traded derivatives, and related instruments.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and accounting flows, including P&L analysis and reconciliation within Capital Markets.
• Familiarity with market structure, trading mechanisms, and trading regulations.
• Experience with investment banking ledger systems.
• Proven experience in finance transformation, accounting migration, or booking model change initiatives.
• Combination of project management and business analysis skills.
• Prior experience in product accounting testing and validation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across regional teams, Head Office, and external vendors.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong control‑focused mindset.
