The Team

You will join a dynamic, cross-functional technology team responsible for delivering cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices across APAC. The team collaborates closely with regional and global IT departments, business units, and external vendors to implement innovative solutions that meet the highest security and regulatory standards.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & DevSecOps Lead to define and execute APAC cloud strategies, lead migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, and implement robust DevSecOps practices. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide cross-functional teams, design cloud architectures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and enable operational support and self-service capabilities for business developers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless architectures.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolsets (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform), and microservice architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles including project management.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing DevSecOps platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence.
