We are growing and looking for a junior profile to join our team.

The Role

• You will support our consultants by focusing on candidate sourcing, screening and recruitment coordination.

• Your mission is to identify strong candidates, speak with them, understand their background and manage them throughout the recruitment process.

• This is a non-sales role focused on research, communication and process execution.

You will:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn and our database

• Conduct screening calls

• Prepare candidate summaries

• Coordinate interviews

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Build talent pipelines in Financial Services

• You will learn how recruitment works end-to-end in a structured and performance-driven environment.

Profile

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong communication skills

• Curious, proactive and disciplined

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable speaking with professionals daily

• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

• Interest in Financial Services is an advantage

Compensation

• Monthly salary: HKD 14,000 – 18,000 (depending on profile)

• Performance bonus: up to HKD 8,000 per month

• Discretionary yearly bonus
