Our client is a specialist management consulting firm partnering with leading financial institutions across Asia. For this assignment, we are supporting a global financial services organization with a strong presence in Hong Kong, delivering insurance and investment solutions to help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind.
The Team
You will join a strategic team within Global Markets in driving business transformation, enabling new initiatives, and ensuring alignment across Front Office and Support Functions. With a dual mandate of project delivery and business advisory, the team operates across APAC and globally, supporting both vertical and transversal initiatives.
The Role
- Manage complex, high-visibility projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity of scope, governance, and stakeholder alignment
- Govern project prioritization and ensure timely delivery across the book of work
- Support new business initiatives by acting as an expert across Front-to-Finance value chains
- Working closely with other internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and ensuring alignment across Front Office, IT, Ops, Risk, and Finance
- Proactively manage team capacity, sourcing internal/external talent and mitigating key-person risks
- Shape and influence operational models, ensuring compliance, control, and scalability
The Requirements
- Proven experience managing transformation projects in Capital Markets or Treasury environments
- Strong understanding of front-to-back processes across trading, operations, and finance
- Deep technical knowledge of financial products and global markets architecture, knowledge and experience in securitization, credit / loan trading, SPV financing is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior business and functional leaders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and critical judgment
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, delivery-focused, and proactive in risk mitigation
