Team Overview
We are seeking a Business Performance Manager to oversee the performance of our retail boutiques in Hong Kong. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets.
Role Overview
As the Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our boutiques, mentoring the team, and implementing business strategies that drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations and provide guidance to Boutique Managers.
- Execute business proposals and evaluate their impact on company strategy.
- Ensure high-quality client experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Establish key performance targets and regularly assess team performance.
- Mentor and motivate watch specialists to achieve both qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Ensure operations meet audit requirements.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve qualitative growth through enhanced service experiences.
- Meet sales and gross profit targets for the Hong Kong team.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably in retail operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Financially literate with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Motivated team player with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
