We are looking for a Regional Education Sales Representative to join our high-performance, mission-driven team. This role is essential in expanding our impact and connecting with prospective families across Asia.

Role Overview

As a Regional Education Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential families. Your role will involve engaging with leads, qualifying them for the admissions process, and representing our values and strengths throughout the sales journey.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, effectively communicating our offerings.
  • Engage with new leads to qualify them for the Admissions Team.
  • Ensure accurate management of data within our CRM system.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Share insights and trends with stakeholders, including Marketing and Admissions Officers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Up to 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Natural ability to build rapport, persuade, and deliver value.
  • Strong drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
  • High learning agility and a growth mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
