We are looking for an Education Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team in our Shanghai office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential families, helping to establish their journey with us and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Role Overview

As an Education Sales Consultant, you will engage with families to understand their needs and effectively communicate our value proposition. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it involves educating and inspiring families from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process professionally and persuasively to identify needs and position our offerings accordingly.
  • Communicate with new leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to initiate sales consultations.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and develop industry knowledge to educate the Sales and Marketing team on market trends.
  • Accurately manage sales data using Salesforce and provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation methods and identify opportunities for campaigns.
  • Source potential organizations and markets for lead generation and partnerships.
  • Host webinars and in-person events as needed.
  • Generate referrals through networking and cultivate existing customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Self-sufficient, well-organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • High learning agility and a growth mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
