Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Regulatory Reporting Automation initiatives for the Private Wealth Management sector. This role involves conducting business analysis, developing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance our regulatory reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to enable Regulatory Reporting Automation
• Understand Hong Kong and Singapore regulatory requirements
• Partner with compliance, operations, finance, and risk teams to define reporting requirements
• Prepare reports in compliance with regulatory templates
• Assess changes to existing reports due to regulatory shift.
• Establish governance and project timelines for execution
• Lead a team to define user requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility to implementation support
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion within scope and budget
• Prepare communication materials, including status updates and presentations
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively

Requirements

• University degree in business, finance, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and regulatory reporting (banking/retail experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and Design Thinking is advantageous
• Self-motivated with a solution-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of trading and operations support is a plus
• Strong communication skills to convey complex topics across management levels
• Excellent project management, analytical, and influencing skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellence
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese (including Putonghua) is a plus
