Assistant Brand Operations Manager

 Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Brand Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the lifestyle product industry. This role is crucial in managing high-profile brands for our customers, ensuring excellence in service and execution.

Job Description:

  • Support the Brand Development team by providing high-quality service to global brand partners and customers.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Design teams to lead end-to-end product development and drive timely execution.
  • Liaise with brand partners for the timely approval and implementation of brand agreements.
  • Manage the product portfolio and centralize brand imagery and samples.
  • Enhance services to brand partners by effectively handling inquiries.
  • Administer brand licensing agreements, price lists, presentations, and approvals.
  • Lead brand reporting, including royalties tracking and project participation letters.
  • Communicate brand updates with Customer Service and Sales teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in product/brand management.
  • Strong customer service mindset with an organized working style.
  • Proven track record in managing brand licensing agreements.
  • Confident personality with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Excellent coordination skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management abilities.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Experience in the cosmetics and/or luxury goods sector is preferred.
