We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive sales.

Role Overview
As the Marketing Director, you will oversee the marketing department, managing brand development and customer relationships. You will leverage your extensive experience in the clothing industry to achieve exceptional sales results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for mid-to-high-end clothing brands.
• Manage and lead a team within a large clothing trading or supply chain company.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business success.
• Prepare for and undertake frequent business trips as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in marketing, fashion design, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of sales experience in the clothing industry.
• At least 5 years of experience developing brand customers in both men's and women's clothing or sports brands.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in large trading companies.
• Strong market development skills and keen market insight.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and public relations skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
