Project Manager - OPC

Scope:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee both new and ongoing projects within OPC. This role involves managing projects across various departments and ensuring successful coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate actions between Operations teams in Asia and all stakeholders, including IT, Compliance, Legal, and Front-Office.
  • Lead PMO activities such as planning, governance, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Collect and formalize user business requirements, prepare test cases, and act as a liaison between users and IT teams.
  • Maintain an up-to-date RAID log and provide project status reports in both written and verbal forms.
  • Conduct studies on existing setups to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and implement Change Management plans for Operations teams.
  • Participate in transversal projects.

Communication:

  • Engage with key internal contacts, including Asian sites and all involved departments from Front Office to Finance and other support functions (compliance, risks, etc.).

Role Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a strong academic background in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of the Operations department in an Investment Bank and strong product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other PC applications.
  • Responsible, self-initiative, positive attitude, attentive to details, and hardworking.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
