The Team
You will join a dynamic and diverse regional projects team within the Operations function, responsible for managing strategic transformation, IT, and change initiatives across Capital Markets Operations, Financing & Trade Operations, and Transaction Banking Services. The team plays a critical role in ensuring coordination between local and regional stakeholders, and alignment with global project governance frameworks.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support business and IT projects across multiple countries in Asia. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project governance and reporting, driving change management initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of both local and regional operational projects. The position offers exposure to a wide range of financial products and technologies, and close interaction with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, Compliance, and Front Office.

The Requirements

• Masters degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Project Management, ideally within banking operations
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Investment Banking or similar financial institutions
• Strong understanding of operational processes within Capital Markets, Trade Finance, and Transaction Banking
• Familiarity with systems such as CORONA, Intellimatch, CIBOS, SUMMIT, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to drive projects independently
• Experience with change management and process improvement is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
