We are looking for a Supply Chain Director to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in managing overseas supply chain operations and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Role Overview

As the Supply Chain Director, you will formulate and implement overseas garment supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, and oversee production and quality management. Your leadership will be key in building a reliable and efficient supply chain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain planning in line with company goals.
• Establish and optimize the overseas supply chain network, managing supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Build a standardized supply chain management system and ensure efficient operations.
• Implement risk assessment mechanisms and develop preventive measures for key risks.
• Oversee the delivery of overseas garment orders, optimizing production plans and quality control.
• Manage resource allocation to maximize production capacity and efficiency.
• Establish strict quality management standards and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Build and train a high-performing supply chain team, fostering cross-cultural communication.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher, with over 5 years of senior management experience in overseas garment supply chain.
• Extensive experience in supply chain production management and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes and risk management.
• Familiarity with the overseas garment market and supplier resources, especially for mid-to-high-end brands.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
• Proficient in English; willingness to travel overseas for business.
