We are seeking a Head of Design for our jewellery division to lead our talented design team. This role is vital in shaping brand strategy and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.


Role Overview
As the Head of Design, you will oversee design projects, mentor your team, and manage the entire production process from concept to implementation. Your expertise will drive innovation and ensure our product offerings remain competitive in the luxury market.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design projects and mentor design teams.
• Lead production plans and product development from inception to implementation.
• Provide expert jewellery design consultations, creating digital sketches and 3D CAD models.
• Manage tailor-made orders and promotional product designs.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize workflows and drive business growth.
• Research industry trends and incorporate innovative design practices.
• Coordinate with the stone division to source materials.
• Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Jewellery Design or proven experience as a senior jewellery designer.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the luxury fine jewellery sector with strong market trend awareness.
• Familiarity with the production process and silver mould making is essential.
• Excellent hand-sketching skills, creative mindset, and self-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in design software such as 3D Jewelry Designer, JCAD, Jewel CAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
