The Role Business Development Assistant

We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our growth activities and client initiatives. This is a hands-on and learning-oriented position, ideal for a motivated graduate or young professional eager to develop strong commercial skills in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business development and sales exercises.
• Conduct client mapping and market research to identify prospects.
• Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Assist in generating new business opportunities and tracking sales performance.
• Schedule and prepare client meetings and presentations.
• Participate in client briefs and internal strategy sessions.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch materials, and sales reporting.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
• Graduate from a Business School or Engineering School.
• Strong interest in B2B sales, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English (Cantonese, Mandarin or French is a plus).
• Based in Hong Kong
