The company

An established financial services organisation is seeking a high-calibre professional to join its Securities Services Operations team. You will play a key role in delivering complex change initiatives in a regulated environment, partnering closely with business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.

The team

This role sits within Securities Services Operations, supporting end-to-end delivery across front-to-back processes. You will work within a cross-functional environment that covers Product, Operations, Technology, Product Control, and Risk/Controls—ensuring transformation programmes are delivered with strong governance, risk awareness, and operational readiness.

The role

As Business Analysis – Securities Services Operations, you will lead end-to-end project delivery for a named programme (Project Sirena), from initiation through to implementation and closure. You will own planning and governance activities, coordinate across workstreams, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and control expectations, with evidence captured throughout.

The requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services
• Strong project management capability: planning, risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Experience working on complex transformation programmes across front-to-back MSS processes, including Product, Operations, Technology, Product Control, and Risk/Controls
• Track record delivering business, regulatory and/or technology change, with clear understanding of operating model impacts
• Confident communicator able to influence across levels, manage competing priorities, and drive decisions at pace
• Strong risk and control awareness, operating within formal governance and documentation standards
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification) preferred
