The team

You will join a dynamic academic division covering Languages and General Studies, working with a committed teaching and support group. The team collaborates closely with internal and external partners to strengthen curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and discipline development.

The role

This senior leadership role is responsible for guiding the division's academic direction, strategic planning, and long-term sustainability. You will oversee teaching quality, curriculum development, and programme quality assurance, while also building networks, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to teaching and student supervision when required.

Experience needed

A Master's degree in a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

At least 8 years of working experience, including 4 years of relevant experience; programme management and external accreditation experience is preferred.

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with agility and resilience in a changing environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Ability to work with academic and professional stakeholders, and a willingness to undertake teaching and supervise student projects where necessary.
