The Company
Our client is a major player in global financial services with a robust Capital Markets infrastructure spanning Europe and Asia. The Hong Kong operations play a pivotal role in regional processing and reconciliation activities.
The Team
You will join a talented and collaborative IT operations team responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level communication systems. The Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of voice infrastructure.
- Handle configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Cisco telephony and voice systems.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless integration between voice and data networks.
- Participate in voice infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and ensure high availability and security across voice networks.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents and deploy technical improvements.
The Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in enterprise voice system engineering or support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX, and other Cisco collaboration technologies.
- Good understanding of SIP, VoIP protocols, and network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
- Cisco certification is a great advantage.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice or telecom issues in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
