The Company

A leading global financial institution with a strong commitment to innovation and security is seeking to expand its networking/support capabilities. The organization operates internationally, providing services spanning advisory, financing, capital markets, corporate and investment banking to clients across all continents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Image Deployment: Deploy and test Windows 11 images, and application packages using SCCM.
  • Migration Execution: Migrate user data and profiles securely, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier I support during and after the rollout to resolve deployment incidents.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding inventory, migration status, and known issues.

Required Technical Skills

  • OS Expertise: Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Deployment Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory.
  • Infrastructure: Knowledge of Virtual machine (VMware) and virtualized environments (Citrix).
  • Scripting: Experience with PowerShell for automating tasks.

Required Soft Skills

  • Communication: Ability to guide end-users and communicate technical issues to stakeholders. (Fluent English)
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to address unexpected compatibility issues.
  • Resilience & Pressure: Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and manage high-pressure situations, such as trading floor enviroment or critical business downtime.
