Purpose of the Role:

Administer systems and tools being handled by the DPM Group.

Here's how you would make an impact:

  • Administer systems and tools managed by the Data Protection & Management (DPM) Group to ensure smooth operations and functionality.
  • Support system users by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with developers/vendors for effective resolutions.
  • Participate in meetings to align updates, requirements, and system improvements.
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows for organizational processes, while preparing and delivering reports that provide actionable insights to support the Group and Departments strategic objectives.
  • Conduct feedback through surveys to drive continuous improvement of tools and workflows.
  • Participate in research and development, and latest trends on security and data privacy.
  • Lead and participate in trainings on platforms such as GMOSign, Activity Factory, Canva, and Microsoft Pilot to build team capability and user proficiency.
  • Creates communication materials like infographics, posters, or videos, and conducts training or orientations on data privacy, document management, or e-signature platforms.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or any-related course.
  • Proficient in digital/e-signing tools, photo editing apps (e.g., Canva), workflow management systems, AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Pilot), cybersecurity, and related technologies.
  • Adept in MS Office Applications.
  • Highly organized and works well in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-directed, Trustworthy and dependable.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers. Should be diligent, persevering, honest, and have a strong work ethic.
