Purpose of the Role:

The Encoder supports warehouse and logistics operations by preparing, encoding, and organizing all required documents for tobacco transfer-out activities. This role ensures accurate and timely coordination with the Tax Compliance Department for the release of all regulatory documents needed for lawful and efficient dispatch.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Preparing all required documents for transfer-out activities, including the Tally Out Summary and Hauling Activity Checklist.
• Coordinating with the Tax Compliance Department for regulatory documents such as the GUIA, Request for Inspection, and Certificate of Inspection.
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely printing or release of all transfer-out documents.
• Maintaining organized files and electronic records for audit readiness and smooth operational workflow.
• Supporting warehouse and logistics teams with clear, accurate, and timely documentation.
• Performing additional documentation and office tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (Accounting, IT, or related fields preferred).
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
