About the job QMS Associate
Position Purpose:
Custodian of all company related policies and procedures for the central safekeeping, distribution, update and control. Ensures that documents and records affecting and supporting the QMS are controlled and updated according to established procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures creation, updates, and maintenance of the Policies and Procedures Manual of assigned department/sections
- Ensures preparation of systems documentation of specific programs within their assigned departments/sections
- Ensures awareness of new, existing or modified systems, policies and procedures through regular orientation and training of process owners in their assigned department/sections
- Monitors compliance to approved departmental processes, inclusive of reporting and documentation, as well as all relevant legal requirements within the assigned departments/sections
- Reports and evaluates (through a departmental analysis) the performance of the quality management system as basis for review for continuous improvement
- Reports and evaluates the performance of the quality management system as basis for review for continuous improvement within the assigned department/sections
- Devise and review new and existing forms used by GO
- Coordinates with inter-department process owners involved in GO policies and procedures
- Prepares IT-PMS request and coordinates with IT
- Acts as Training Administrator (Trainer) for the Department
- Plans and organizes for the implementation of identified Trainings & Seminars for the crop season
- Creates training materials for in-house courses (Refresher Course, Classroom Training, Orientation)
- Ensures all forms to capture ALP are prepared and disseminated to the GO
- Conceptualizing and refining the system which is utilized in capturing and recording ALP information
- Updates related documents such as Policies and Procedures and ULFS reported equivalent WIs
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior or management from time to time.
