Purpose of the Role:

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial documents, maintaining organized records, conducting physical inventory counts, processing both PO and non‑PO payables, and preparing assigned financial reports.

Here's how you would make an impact:

  • Conduct quarterly non‑farm physical inventory counts for spare parts, POL, and packmat. 
  • Conduct quarterly farm supplies physical inventory counts. Conduct quarterly fixed assets inventory counts. 
  • Perform non‑CAPEX item counts. 
  • Prepare assigned financial reports. 
  • Process various non‑PO payables, including: 
    • Cash advances / provident loans 
    • Gasoline reimbursements of technicians 
    • Outstation allowances 
    • Replenishment of revolving fund 
    • SSS benefits 
    • Insurance claims
    • Motorcycle rental 
    • Other related reimbursements 
  • Audit and document employee liquidation and reimbursement transactions. 
  • Process PO‑related payables. 
  • Assist in providing audit requirements. 
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related accounting course.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Demonstrates strong accounting and technical knowledge.
  • Possesses effective public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to set priorities, address issues, and meet deadlines.
  • Shows keen attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, values confidentiality, and maintains professional self‑awareness.
  • Consistently demonstrates teamwork and collaboration in the workplace.
