IT Technical Support

Purpose of the Role:

Provides comprehensive IT support by delivering timely technical assistance, maintaining and securing IT systems and assets, supporting network and equipment operations, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of technology resources to enable smooth business operations.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Delivers prompt and effective technical assistance to clients, addressing software, hardware, and network-related concerns.
• Conducts initial assessments and provides recommendations regarding the relocation, termination, or installation of network and telephone lines/connections.
• Assists in maintaining database backups, including compressing, transferring, restoring, and consolidating data.
• Performs regular hardware and software inventory, ensures accurate documentation, and monitors IT-related issues.
• Carries out scheduled IT preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Coordinates the preparation, deployment, maintenance, and support of computer equipment related to Buying/Transfer IN/OUT activities.
• Supports the implementation and execution of technical support projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have prior experience in computer troubleshooting and technical support.
• Proficient in using computers and a wide range of software applications.
• Must have strong working knowledge of computer assembly and disassembly.
• IT certifications such as TESDA NC II, Cisco, or any other relevant certification are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers. Should be diligent, persevering, honest, and have a strong work ethic.
