Purpose of the Role:

This role ensures the smooth and efficient deployment of small trucks to support farm input deliveries, tobacco hauling, and supplier material pick-ups. The position is responsible for consolidating truck requirements, overseeing team performance, and ensuring timely documentation and liquidation of transactions. By maximizing truck utilization, reducing costs, and maintaining close coordination with key functions, the role plays a vital part in achieving operational efficiency while supporting compliance, team engagement, and company policies.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Consolidate truck requirements for farm input delivery and tobacco hauling to maximize truck usage and reduce costs.
• Oversee daily operations including truck scheduling, team performance monitoring, and problem-solving.
• Facilitate DR batching, DR liquidation, and refuel processing to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Growing Operations (GO) and other support functions to meet service-level performance.
• Lead weekly toolbox meetings to align the team with policies, boost engagement, and reinforce accountability.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of any four-year course related to Business Administration, Information Technology or Industrial Technology.
• Proven ability to work effectively in both team and independent environments while taking initiative.
• Strong skills in multitasking, organization, and timely completion of tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other spreadsheet/software tools.
• Honest, hardworking, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and adjust to new tasks and unfamiliar environments.
