Clinic (Nurse) Supervisor 1

Purpose of the Role

To implement Safety and Health policies and procedures and prepare reports needed by the EHSS officer or manager. To manage all the safety and health activities within the company.

What You'll Do:

1. Renders immediate care to employees who have been injured;
2. Administration of clinic activities and attend patients with first aid cases
3. Monthly inventory of Medicines.
4. Assist in medical examinations and related tests
5. Assist and Coordinate trainings and seminars
6. Prepare Monthly and Annual Reports for DOLE regarding common ILLNESSES and ACCIDENTS in our company;
7. Prepare Related Documents for AUDIT
8. Prepare data for Standardized Incident report
9. Supervise water Sample for the monthly test to ensure safe and potable drinking water to all employees;
10. Submits Monthly Health report (incidents, medicine and first aid kits inventories, Water dispensers, ambulance checklist etc.)
11. Encode the data needed in the Flowy
12. Attending safety committee meetings.
13. On-call duty for emergency cases
14. Sends/posts health bulletins
15. Health and safety hazard checks to warehouses, Canteen, Dining, Staff house and Water Refilling
16. Issue medicines for employees.
17. Maintain inventory of medicines and first aid kits
18. Suggests and proposes projects and programs in line with health and safety of employees
19. Orientation of employees regarding health
20. Facilitates health activities
21. Accomplish / complete EHSS KPIs set for the year.
22. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

What We're Looking For:

1. Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2. Experience: At least 3 years of nursing related work experience (as company nurse, hospital nurse, Red Cross services, Rescue member, etc.)
3. Skills and Knowledge: 

• Good communication skill (can speak or write in English and Filipino)
• Computer literate (MS WORD, EXCEL and Power Point)
• Good interpersonal skill, decision making, and authority to implement Policies and Procedures
• Good skills in Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing and Controlling
• Active in developing and analyzing programs
• Attended First aid training and basic life support from Philippine National Red Cross Experience in Industrial firm is preferable.
• At least 25 years old
• Proficient in attending industrial/vehicular related incidents
• Passed the Philippine Regulatory Commission Licensure Examination (With board certificate and unexpired license)

4. Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) Nursing License
