Purpose of the Role:

The role supports the HR (TOD) Manager in developing and evaluating training and OD programs to drive employee and organizational performance.

Here's how you would make an impact:

  • Establishes strategic plans for employee training that build human capital capabilities that drive performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning resources, to support the delivery of training programs.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, learning management system, such as classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and online learning, to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and organizational development to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to implement performance improvement plans and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in identifying and addressing employee development needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze training metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching when necessary.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programs.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Human Behavior/Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or equivalent discipline.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training and organizational development programs.
  • Expertise in training cycle management, communication, coaching, administration, project and budget management, and strategic execution are advantage.
  • Must be passionate about learning and development, results-driven, and committed to continuous growth, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, ensuring meaningful contributions to organizational success.
