Purpose of the Role:

To operate lifting equipment inside the factory safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Here's how you would make an impact:

You will support production flow and warehouse operations through the following key responsibilities:

• Perform standard and routine tobacco movements using lifting equipment
• Handle approved movement requests accurately and promptly
• Conduct basic equipment condition checks and report irregularities
• Perform washing and basic cleaning of lifting equipment to maintain functionality and safety

Here's what we're looking for:

• Secondary school graduate
• Holder of National Certificate II – Forklift
• TESDA training on lifting equipment operation
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing (preferred)
• Basic recording and documentation skills
• Physically fit with stamina to operate lifting equipment for extended periods
• Honest, responsible, dependable, adaptable, flexible, and a strong team player
